Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10, 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr. A tool and die manufacturer, who been employed as a worker in an industrial company. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone has a talent in school as a young child, began in second grade at five. She earned a high school diploma in Saegertown in Saegertown in Pennsylvania in 1975. The Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone take home Miss Crawford County. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she was interested in pursuing a modeling career. The following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. The next step was Europe which she was to spend a year residing with her aunt in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone was disillusioned by the modeling business in Europe she decided to concentrate on acting. Stone appeared in Woody Allen's movie "Stardust Memories" at the age of 20. The film received diverse reactions.
